Method Preheat your oven to 220 degrees C. Put your water into the MaBaker Pro. It should be under body temperature.
The olive oil will give your bread a beautiful flavour and gorgeous texture. Once the mixing cycle is completed the Ma Baker Pro will let your bread prove until it's plump and well-risen. While you wait you can stone your juicy olives by giving them a gentle press with the palm of your hand and then tear them in half and remove the stone. Toss in your olives. Once the cycle is complete remove the bread dough from the Ma Baker Pro and divide into 18 equal pieces on a floured surface. Lovingly roll them into balls between the palm of your hand and the surface, pressing gently but firmly. Let them prove on a floured baking tray for 15 min, brush with a mixture of water and olive oil and bake for 10 - 15 min or until golden brown. Jenny Morris
